Dickson's Farmstand Meats is a butcher shop in the basement of Chelsea Market in New York that sells meat and hot dogs. Customers pick out meat themselves and have it cooked as a steak, and also order dry-aged sliders and hot dogs. Meat is priced by the pound, and after choosing it customers have it cooked. The hot dogs come with sausage and pickles that are on the salty side.
