Softside

Softside is a cafe on Spring Street in New York that sells soft ice cream from a small window next to Upside. It serves a pistachio sundae topped with honey, olive oil, and salt, along with a peanut butter and jelly soft ice cream. There is an order window for stopping by from the street and outdoor seating, and cones can be ordered with sprinkles and other toppings. Adding a lot of fudge and toppings to the vanilla can make it very sweet.
