Multimodal Roasting

Multimodal Roasting is a coffee roastery in New York that works with a range of bean varieties and flavors. It operates as a cooperative roastery, where members learn roasting and storage directly and continue production together. On the second Saturday of each month, it holds a cupping that compares beans from several roasteries, along with roasting classes. After receiving staff assistance, participants roast on their own and use their own product.
