Doughnuttery

Doughnuttery is a cafe inside Chelsea Market in New York that sells mini donuts. Customers choose a flavored sugar and topping such as cinnamon sugar, apple, or cookies and cream, and eat the donuts warm right away. A small machine drops the dough into the fryer, where it turns over and cooks in front of the customer. Once the donuts cool, they lose the soft, warm texture they have when freshly fried.
