The Skylark - Rooftop Bar

The Skylark is a cocktail and liquor bar in New York with views of the Empire State Building and Times Square. Drinks are served on the outdoor rooftop, and there is also a large indoor space one floor below. Reservations are required, but on a weekday around 9 p.m. two people were able to get seats. The music is loud, so conversation is difficult to hear.
