Time Out Market New York is a food court on the East River waterfront in Dumbo. It offers a range of food in one place, including the Essa Bagel Signature Favorite, burgers, and pizza. The fifth-floor rooftop observation deck is free to enter and looks down over the Brooklyn Bridge and the waterfront. At lunchtime and on weekend late afternoons, crowds gather and seating runs short.
