Panorama Room is a cocktail bar on Roosevelt Island in New York. It serves BMW and Panoloma cocktails, caviar nachos, and has a DJ on some days. The 18th floor of the Graduate hotel offers city views from a few hours before sunset. Orders take a long time to arrive.
