Night of Joy

Night of Joy is a bar in Williamsburg that serves cocktails and wine, located under the BQE. The downstairs bar has decorations that look like birdcages, and an upstairs rooftop bar operates except in winter. On a weekday around 6 p.m. there were customers, but indoor seats were not hard to get. Multiple opinions say the cocktails fall short of expectations.
