Laissez Faire is a bar in the Financial District of New York, located in the basement of the Beekman Hotel. It serves cocktails and small plates, and the cocktails are strong and made with creative combinations. Live jazz is held on Wednesdays, and the interior lighting is dim. The food is expensive and falls short of expectations.
