Célon Bar & Lounge

Célon Bar & Lounge is a lounge bar in New York that serves cocktails. The drinks list includes the Saturn cocktail, martinis, and a Maker's Mark Manhattan, with creative cocktails as the focus. Down the stairs is a basement space with bar seating on distinctive chairs. Conversation inside the bar is loud, which makes quiet talk uncomfortable.
