Bar Suzette is a bar inside Chelsea Market in New York that serves sweet crepes and meal dishes. Ham, egg, and cheese crepes and salmon crepes are made in front of you when ordered. Stools sit at the crepe counter, so you can watch the cooking while you eat. There are not many seats, so space runs short.
