Lincoln Harbor Park is a park in a quiet neighborhood on the New Jersey side where people walk, jog, and cycle while looking at the Manhattan skyline and Midtown views. Sunsets and night views are good, fireworks can be seen, and there are pier benches and photo spots. Free parking is limited and parking time is up to two hours. Dusk and night are good times for a walk.
