Brooklyn Bridge is a pedestrian landmark connecting Manhattan and Brooklyn in New York. It has a lower level for vehicles and an upper level for pedestrians, with the Manhattan skyline visible between its two Gothic towers. Following the Brooklyn Bridge Walkway signs, the walk takes about 40 to 50 minutes one way, and walking from Brooklyn toward Manhattan reveals the Statue of Liberty and the Empire State Building. It is crowded at sunset and at night.
