See-through Jjinppang

Siseuru Jjinppang is a snack stall in Bupyeong Kkangtong Market in Busan that sells steamed buns with thin skins showing red bean filling through the dough. The whole red bean filling is visible through the thin skin, and the taste is plain rather than strongly sweet. On-site pickup reservations are taken from 8:30 a.m., and orders placed in the morning are sometimes received at noon or 1 p.m. There is no seating inside the shop.
