Roseman is a bar in Busan that serves thinly sliced Hanwoo roast beef. The beef is grilled on a pan with mung bean sprouts, and then broth and doenjang jjigae are cooked in the same pan. The shop is small, and the menu is shown on a phone screen for ordering. English and Japanese are not spoken by default.
