Yuki Donkatsu

Yukidonkatsu is a tonkatsu restaurant near the back gate of Incheon City Hall. Thick cuts of meat are fried until crisp and served with a dipping sauce of freshly ground sesame mixed with sauce and mustard. The restaurant is open only from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m., and orders are cooked to order while customers wait in a basement space with jazz playing on a large screen. During lunch hours, city hall employees and office workers crowd in, so food takes time to arrive.
