Yangnim-dong Holly Tree

Yangnim-dong Holly Tree is in Gwangju. A 400-year-old tree and traces of Gwangju's first missionaries remain here, along with a free exhibition hall. It sits behind Penguin Village, and the house behind the holly tree was home to the Underwood missionary family until about ten years ago. A quiet walk leads around the hill toward Hosindae.
