Yi Jang-woo's House

Ijangwoo House is an old residence in Yangnim-dong, Gwangju. Built in the late 19th century, the modern-style house mixes traditional, Japanese and Western elements and is Gwangju Folk Cultural Property No. 1. The inside of the gate can be seen only on weekdays, when a guide's explanation is also available. Parking is difficult, so the surrounding street parking must be used.
