Sonkalguksu Jeonmun is a small neighborhood restaurant inside a Busan market, on the downhill route in front of the local community office. It serves hand-kneaded kalguksu (knife-cut noodles) and sujebi (hand-torn dough soup) in an old-fashioned style, with portions about the size of a large serving. The restaurant is run by one grandmother. Seating is narrow and uncomfortable.
