Six Bread

Six Bread sells whole-wheat and vegan bread in Busan. It bakes 100% whole-wheat bread fermented with a nuruk starter and also serves cream cake and carrot cake. Its bread contains none of six ingredients: white wheat flour, sugar, yeast, dough improvers, milk, or eggs. The selection also includes rice cake, fermented vinegar, and fermented drinks.
