Iheungyong Gwajajeom Munhyeon Jikyeongjeom is a bakery at Munhyeon Rotary in Busan that sells salt bread, Geomjeong Gomusin, and myeongnan baguette. Geomjeong Gomusin is a squid-ink baguette filled with butter and red bean paste, and the shop also sells breads named after Busan places, such as Jagalchi myeongnan baguette and Haeundae squid-ink bread. The salt bread is made by topping soft dough with coarse salt and bringing out the butter aroma. The bread prices are on the high side.
