Jeongbada

Jeongbada is a hoe restaurant in Yongho-dong W Square in Busan that serves aged raw fish and mulhoe. The fish is aged, dipped in truffle salt, and served alongside milpyeu nabe, abalone porridge, and fried dishes. There are outdoor seats, and takeout is ordered by phone and picked up at a time the staff gives, with milpyeu nabe included as well. The space is small, so it is cramped for large groups.
