Hyeongje Jamsuham

Hyeongje Jamsuham is a crab restaurant in Busan that also serves lobster and seafood dishes. Its signature menu pairs one lobster with one chicken, and the seafood stew with clams, octopus and abalone comes with the restaurant's own kalguksu noodles. Staff cut the large lobster so it is ready to eat, leaving little work for diners. The seafood mix also includes scallops, large oysters, squid, mussels and crab.
