Hana Donkatsu

Hana Donkatsu is a privately run donkatsu restaurant in the alleys of Daeyeon-dong, Busan, serving donkatsu that differs from chain restaurants. It centers on one old-style donkatsu, served with a red sauce with a chili character and fried shrimp. The owner has run it alone for over ten years, removing tendons from the meat and making the sauce himself. Diners clear their own dishes and return their trays.
