Ham-an-jip is a no-frills restaurant in Busan that has served dak-gopchang for more than 60 years. The chicken intestines are chewy and nutty, and they are eaten with bang-a-ip leaves. The dak-gopchang comes out on a wide iron griddle, and diners fry bokkeum-bap themselves with the leftover ingredients. The dipping sauce is quite salty.
