Gyeongmi Hoetjip

Gyeongmi Hoetjip in Yongho-dong, Busan serves hoe and dishes for group meals. The menu centers on wild yellowtail hoe and assorted hoe, with hoe deopbap, mulhoe, and a hoe set meal also available. A maeuntang made with one rockfish comes with the hoe by default and is sprinkled with sancho. Various banchan and hobakjeon are served alongside, and the owner slices and prepares the fish personally.
