Eungabi Hoejip

Eungabi Hoetjip is a neighborhood hoe restaurant in Munhyeon-dong, Nam-gu, Busan, serving assorted hoe (raw fish platter) and maeuntang (spicy fish stew). You can order assorted hoe (raw fish platter) with bone maeuntang (spicy fish stew), which is simmered until its flavor deepens. The hoe (raw fish) has firm flesh and comes in a reasonable portion. Maeuntang (spicy fish stew) is charged separately.
