Darakkukbap is a long-standing restaurant in the alleys of Yongho-dong, Busan, serving dwaeji gukbap and suyuk baekban. The signature dish comes with a rich broth, thinly sliced meat with fat, and sides of kkakdugi and buchu. It opens at 11 a.m., and the gukbap is served with rice already placed in the bowl and heated through, while side dishes are taken from a self-service corner. The soup is not salted and no dadaegi is provided separately.
