Daeho Hoejip

Daeho Hoetjip is a neighborhood raw fish restaurant in Daeyeon-dong, Busan. Its main menu is assorted hoe (raw fish platter) for small groups, served with mussel soup, abalone porridge, chive pancakes, and maeuntang (spicy fish stew). The restaurant has operated in the same spot for over 20 years, and its single dining room gets crowded when large groups arrive. Parking is inconvenient.
