China Banjeom

China Banjeom is a Chinese restaurant near Yongho Market in Busan that serves jjajangmyeon, jjamppong and tangsuyuk. The chadol jjamppong uses chadolbaegi and vegetables for a clean broth that is not overpowering, and the ganjjajang has plenty of buchu and oi with almost no liquid. It opens at 9:30 in the morning and does not deliver, and asking for rice with the chadol jjamppong gets you a bowl of gonggibap for free. Gunmandu comes with a ttangcho soy sauce and vegetables on the side.
