Chilseong Sikdang

Chilseong Sikdang grills pork gopchang (grilled intestines) in gochujang marinade in the gopchang alley of Munhyeon-dong, Busan. The restaurant is known as a filming location for the movie Friend. The gopchang is parboiled first, then cooked on a perforated iron plate over charcoal briquettes and dipped in sauces such as chogan and pa-jeori. The main branch, second branch, and third branch stand side by side, and the main branch's unisex restroom is very small and low, while the portions of gopchang are small.
