Cheongho Jip

Cheonghojip is an old restaurant near Oryukdo in Nam-gu, Busan, serving seonji haejang-guk alongside vegetable bibimbap. The bean sprouts are taken from the seonji soup and mixed with gochujang and sesame oil, then eaten with doenjang jjigae. At lunch and on weekends the tables fill up, side dishes can be refilled at a self-service station, and sungnyung is served in a large kettle. The amount of seonji is not generous.
