Chachar

Chachaal is a Chinese restaurant in Busan that serves haemul jjamppong, jajangmyeon, and tangsuyuk. The haemul jjamppong adds seafood, vegetables, and chewy conch to a clear broth. The lunch special comes with yusanseul, tangsuyuk, gunmandu, and jajangmyeon, with one mandu per person. The tangsuyuk has a thick, soggy batter, and the meat sometimes comes out undercooked.
