Tsubomi

Tsubomi is a small teppan restaurant in Nakagyo Ward, Kyoto, serving okonomiyaki and takoyaki. Its signature dish is negiyaki topped with a generous amount of green onion, and mentaiko takoyaki is also available to order. One owner cooks in an open kitchen, and the first three negiyaki take more than 30 minutes. The space is not large, so it fills up soon after opening time and seats run short.
