Sugari

Sugari is a ramen shop in Kyoto that serves motsu tsukemen and yuzu tsukemen. The motsu tsukemen comes with a thick tsukejiru made from a mix of animal and gyokai stock, with motsu and vegetables of various textures. Orders are placed at a cashless ticket machine at the entrance using a card or ICOCA, then you go up to the second floor. At 11:05 a.m. there were already three people waiting, and the tsukemen broth is on the salty side.
