Itsuan

Itkyuan is a soba restaurant in Kyoto that serves soba and fried dishes near Kyoto Daimaru and Karasuma Station. The noodles are made in-house and have a firm texture, the broth is savory, and the fried items are freshly fried and crisp. Seating consists of a counter around a long central table and tables on both sides, and orders can pile up at lunchtime, causing a wait. There are times when no customers are visible at the entrance.
