Guriko Kyoto

Guriko Kyoto is a ramen shop near Karasuma Oike Station that serves sea bream salt ramen, chicken salt ramen, and kombu water tsukemen. The sea bream salt ramen, its signature dish, uses a clear broth made from raw sea bream. Tsukemen is eaten by first trying the noodles plain, then dipping them in the seasoning. Orders are placed on a smartphone by scanning the QR code at the seat, and raw eggs and seaweed are set on the table for free.
