Fujiwara

Fujiwara is an omakase sushi restaurant in an alley between Pontocho and Kiyamachi in Kyoto. The courses proceed one piece at a time, with the ingredients leading the way, making the next dish hard to predict. Meals are served at a seven-seat counter made of white wood, and solo reservations are accepted. The chef is bold and attentive in looking after guests.
