SHIN-SETSU

SHIN-SETSU is a cream soda cafe in Kyoto. It serves melon, mango, and La France cream sodas along with plain and lemon sugar pancakes, and the pancake topping can be chosen between whipped cream and ice cream. The pancakes arrive on a hot steak plate and stay warm while you eat, and there is seating on the second floor. The interior of the shop is not large.
