Teppei - 3rd floor is an okonomiyaki restaurant on the third floor of Okonomimura in Hiroshima, located in front of the elevator. It serves okonomiyaki with noodles and grilled oysters cooked on an iron griddle. During peak hours, the wait can run 10 to 20 minutes. The heat from the griddle makes the interior very hot during the meal.
