Jirokichi

Jirokichi is a Hiroshima-style okonomiyaki restaurant in Nakamachi, Naka Ward, Hiroshima. The okonomiyaki comes with chadolbagi, gopchang (grilled intestines), and beef tongue, and the noodles can be ordered as ramen or udon. There are cases of entering right after opening without a reservation, and seats at the teppan counter let you watch the cooking. You have to go up a narrow staircase to the second floor.
