Chika

Chika is a restaurant near the Atomic Bomb Dome in Hiroshima that grills Hiroshima-style okonomiyaki. The base is sobayaki or udon-yaki with added toppings, and the yakisoba comes with a soft-fried egg and bean sprouts. The owner, an older man, cooks the food himself, and at 1 p.m. there was only one other customer. The shop has three tables and counter seats.
