Yakitori Torisato

Yakitori Torisato is a yakitori restaurant in the back alleys of Shinbashi, about a five-minute walk from Ginza Station. The meal centers on a course of skewers covering nearly every part of the chicken, including breast confit, harami, tsukune, and a special chicken wing. Skewers are grilled one at a time over charcoal at a black counter, and the room is quiet. The seasoning on the skewers is on the salty side, which can be heavy for those sensitive to salt.
