Tokyo Ramen Kokugikan Mai is a ramen hall in Aqua City Odaiba that gathers ramen from regions across Japan. Each shop offers its own style, including Hokkaido, Hakata, and Setagaya, and the Hakata shop lets you adjust the broth richness. At the entrance you look over the menu, then buy a meal ticket from the vending machine in front of the shop and hand it to the staff. The number of choices makes it hard to pick.
