Sushi Muku

Sushi Muku is a sushi omakase restaurant a one-minute walk from Roppongi Station. The course runs from appetizers through grilled and steamed dishes to soup, with nigiri such as uni, hotate and kuruma ebi served alongside sake pairings. It stays open until 4 a.m., offers course explanations in English, and has both counter seats and box seating. The sushi itself is less impressive than the sake.
