Shabu-shabu Rock Odaiba is on the sixth floor of Aqua City Odaiba in Daiba, Minato City, Tokyo. It serves all-you-can-eat shabu-shabu and dim sum with a view of the Rainbow Bridge. The buffet format lets diners choose their broth, pork, and dim sum. Terrace seats look out on boats passing along the river and the night scenery, though the vegetable selection is limited and the texture of the meat falls short.
