SHABU SHABU MAITON-YA 豚しゃぶ マイトンヤ

Shabu Shabu Maiton-ya is a Nagasaki Shimabara pork shabu-shabu restaurant a five-minute walk from Roppongi Station. It serves six cuts of pork prepared as shabu-shabu, grilled, grilled shabu, and steamed. The restaurant is in a basement, so the building sign is hard to see. The owner explains how to eat each cut and also responds in English, and appetizers and a table charge are added separately with little advance notice.
