Prisma is a two-Michelin-star restaurant near Omotesando Station in Aoyama, Tokyo, serving course-style Italian cuisine. Its signature dishes include house-made caviar tagliolini, white truffle tagliolini, and plates built around seasonal ingredients. It opens four days a week and seats only three parties per day, with eight seats in the dining room, a large kitchen, and generous spacing between seats. Reservations are very difficult to secure because of the small number of seats.
