Unagi Naruse is an eel restaurant near Roppongi that serves grilled freshwater eel over rice. The rice bowl comes with one whole eel, tare sauce, sansho pepper, and wasabi onion soy sauce. Guests with reservations are given a separate seat and enter at their assigned time. The eel is soft rather than firm in texture.
