Jidoriya

Jidoriya is a yakitori restaurant in Shinbashi, Tokyo. Its six-item course includes breast with onion, tsukune, tebasaki, liver, collar, and quail egg, while negimomo and aburaage are ordered separately. The skewers are grilled without smoke, and the restaurant is not a smoking establishment. Most customers are locals, and the space is clean.
